     I cannot register my scanner because there is no registration password provided on the scan tool info screen.  I can find the serial number but no password?

     Try going to System Settings, scroll down as far down as possible , click on About

     Just updated following their directions and now the screen comes on but nothing other than a small section of gibberish that I cannot decipher?

     Got it going again and tried your suggestion....I can see all of the info about the tool including serial number but there is no password provided?  I'll call them in the morning.

    I have the same problem. I found the serial # on the "tool information" but no "about" is listing. Hope someone can figure this out.

     I still haven’t been able to register or update my code reader
